Needless to say, Hampton Court Palace if you're interested in Henry VIII is a must! He's built a great part of it and had it painted to welcome guests and have a place where he and his courtiers would live. We have attended a very interesting class about some themes regarding Henry's death, his 6 wives, his personality according to courtiers, what he did to England, how the palace managed to cook for so many people, the food they ate and the tremendous change between the young Henry and the older one. Amazing!!
